1) General shipment information

The items offered in our range of products will be delivered through an international registered shipping service depending on the chosen type of shipment and its destination. For larger volumes and quantities we use a forwarding agency. 

Shipments to Europe

Assuming that all ordered items are in stock at the time of making the order and that payment has been made immediately after the order is placed, all orders made on a working day will be dispatched on the same day or the following one. Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days of placing the order.

Rest of the world

Orders with delivery to a country outside Europe will also be sent by an international registered shipment service. Orders should be delivered within 15-20 working days of placing the order.

All prices shown at the online store include VAT.

Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)
You are of course welcome to pay by credit card at Aprende Coreano Hoy (Learn Korean Today). To do this, select "payment by credit card" during the ordering process. We accept MasterCard and Visa. You will need your card number, the card holder's name, the expiry date of the card, credit card company name, and the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, which ensures online payment safety. After completing the ordering process, your credit card will be debited. For each transaction a check will be made to see if the cardholder and the person placing the order are who they claim to be, this is done automatically via the credit card issuer website, which may prompt the buyer to answer some previously set up security questions.

Bank Transfer
If you have chosen "Payment by bank transfer" as your payment method, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information such as bank details, bank code, beneficiary, etc. after finalizing your order at Aprende Coreano Hoy (Learn Korean Today). When paying from abroad please don´t forget the IBAN and SWIFT code which are also indicated in the e-mail. The goods will be shipped once we have received your payment. Please remember that depending on the bank, the transfer will take 2-5 working days and this may delay the dispatch of the order. Once we received your payment we will proceed to dispatch your order and give it to the transport company.

Paypal
PayPal is one of the British regulators FSA's certified companies for cash transactions over the internet. With PayPal you may open an online account into which you can transfer money. From this account, you can quickly and securely process your payment over the internet. If you would like to pay with PayPal, but do not have an account, you can register at their website. After completion of your order, you will find a link to PayPal on the acknowledgment page. To pay, please follow the link and transfer the amount through PayPal. Please make sure that the payment reference is your order number (to be found in your order confirmation e-mail), and that the payment is sent to [email protected]. Once we have received your PayPal payment, we will dispatch the order within a few hours (on working days only).

3) Return policy

According to our return policy and in compliance with the regulations in force, you can return any book within 14 days of its receipt.
You will not be required to provide any reasons for returning the book, but it must be in good condition (new and not used).

In the case of DVDs, CD-ROMs or CDs please make sure to return them in their original packaging and that the plastic bag is undamaged. 

Verasia.it guarantees your refund within 30 days after receipt of your returned items.

If the reason for your return is that the item you received is damaged or defective or it is not the item you ordered, Verasia will pay for the cost of the return and the shipment of the replacement.

If you are returning an order because you are not satisfied with it or because you don't want it anymore, you will get a refund for the book you purchased as well as for the delivery costs (in case of urgent delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery). However,  the cost of the return must be paid by the customer.

Important notice: This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the EU. Orders outside the EU (with customs formalities) cannot be returned.
