This book contains 10 lessons plus annex in which students will find the Chinese characters of the first textbook of Encounters. Each character appears inside a table in which students will see the evolution and the meaning and also explanations in English of the etymology. 

There are also explanations of the stroke order of each character with squares to practice writing.
